Ⅰ. Competition Theme

Combining the power of design,to create the future of intelligent manufacturing

Industrial vehicles refer to power-driven motor vehicles used for handling, pushing, pulling, lifting or stacking various goods.

With the rapid development of intelligent and digital technology, the working mode, methodology and scenario of industrial vehicles are also under subversively impact. This competition is held in order to adapt to the intelligent and digital era, optimize the appearance and function, improve the safety and stability and enhance the sustainability of the product, contribute to the process optimization, cost-saving and efficiency improvement of industrial production in an intelligent and digital era, and explore the form of intelligent industrial vehicle.

The Design Competition is also one of the subdivisional competitions of the 10th Industrial Design Competition in Anhui Province approved by the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Anhui Province. Some winning works of the Design Competition will be recommended by the organizer to participate in the selection of the 10th Industrial Design Competition in Anhui Province.

 

Ⅱ. Scope of Works

1. AGV (automatic guidance vehicle) / AMR (autonomous mobile robot) series product design;

2. Design of future intelligent mobile handling robots (or unmanned industrial vehicles, including application scenario innovations, etc.).

 

 

Ⅲ. Organizers

Ⅳ. Prizes

Grand Prize: ¥ 80,000 bonus with trophy and certificate, 1 in total.

First Prize: ¥ 30,000 bonus with trophy and certificate, 2 in total.

Second Prize: ¥ 20,000 bonus with trophy and certificate, 3 in total.

Third Prize: ¥ 5,000 bonus with trophy and certificate, 10 in total.

Note: above prizes are tax-included.

 

 

Ⅴ. Schedule

1. Launch ceremony: May 2023.

2. Submission period: May - July 2023.

3. Submission deadline: July 31, 2023.

4. Preliminary evaluation: early August 2023.

5. Final evaluation, defense and award: late August 2023.

 

Ⅵ. Competition Requirements

（1） Qualification and other requirements

1. Participants can be companies, teams or individuals, with a maximum team member of 5.

2. The same work can only be declared by one enterprise, team or individual.

3. Works that have been awarded in other design events shall not be granted.

4. The participants must keep the original design documents for the application of intellectual property rights.

（2） Work Content Requirements

1. The entries must comply with national industrial policies and relevant technical and standard regulations, accord with the design idea of low-carbon, green, and environmental-friendly, and achieve significant innovation in functions, structures, technologies, forms, materials, processes, energy conservation, environmental protection, and any other aspects.

2. The works shall take into consideration the realizability of the design.

（3） Requirements for works’ form

1. The language of the work shall be Chinese or English.

2. Work contents shall include but not limited to effect drawings, design instructions, and any other contents to present the design.

3. All contents shall be placed on a standard template, which can be downloaded from www.ef.design/heli

4. Allowed format: JPG, RGB, A1 format (594 × Mm), resolution of 150dpi.

5. The name of the work must be written. The name and work number of the subdivisional competition are not required.

Ⅶ. Intellectual Property Rights

1. The entries must be original works with independent intellectual property rights. Any infringement or works copying will be punished by the Organizing Committee by cancelling the qualification and withdrawing any awards. Relevant legal liability is solely borne by the participants.

2. Participants shall avoid loss of novelty of their works.

3. The organizer is entitled to display, publish, deepen the design and application of the award-winning works, apply for intellectual property rights of the original works and derivative works, etc.

Ⅷ. Notes

1. Any disputes and complaints about the results can be submitted to the Organizing Committee of the 10th Anhui Industrial Design Competition by email (ahsjds2014@163.com) for re-examination.

2. The organizer reserves the right for final interpretation to this competition.
